• No LLM: Add and enable a provider under Settings → LLMs, then retry chat.
• Out of credits / expired demo: Top up or extend access under Billing; demo workspaces may need conversion to an organization for ongoing use.
• Channel silent: Confirm Diode Collab Remote API / zone and channel IDs, and use the channel test panel when available.
